BAT’s Digital Business Solution has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Network Planner in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
Reports to : Area Supply Network Manager
Core Relationships : Internal – SNO, Area, DRBU & factory team, Logistic
External – Suppliers, Logistic providers
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
A. Distribution & Inventory Planning:
- Own inventory policy and parameters (stock levels, safety stock, etc.)
- Coordinate with demand planners and schedulers to manage deployment
- Resolve supply issues and demand exceptions
- Approve stockholding or automation scenarios due to segmentation
B. Master Planning (Inhouse / External):
- Build and maintain the supply plan for the planning zone
- Align supply and demand across production, purchasing, and raw materials
- Collaborate with schedulers, planners, and supply stakeholders
- Monitor and action supply constraints or exceptions

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- University degree (Supply Chain related major could be an advantage)
- 1-3 years across Planning, Logistic, NPI (Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage)
- Mastery in advanced planning system could be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and digital skills
- Good Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
- Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
