British American Tobacco Kuwait has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse and Logistic Coordinator
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and optimize logistics operations in line with global and local supply chain and logistics policies.
- Oversee customs clearance, warehousing, transportation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and timely route management and documentation to prevent operational disruptions.
- Support with logistics budget with continuous optimization of costs and expenditures.
- Implement and monitor KPIs, FEFO/FIFO practices, monthly cycle counts, destruction, SLOB management, and new product launches in line with policies and company strategy.
- Management of 3PL partners while fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support with logistics project initiatives, ensuring precise planning, on-time execution, and successful delivery aligned with strategic goals.
What are we looking for?
- At least 1-2 year of experience in Warehousing/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related field.
- Knowledge of using ERP and invoicing systems will be a bonus.
- Good communication skills in both speaking and writing, with a willingness to learn attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license
