British American Tobacco Switzerland has an exciting opportunity for a Ex-Retail Partnerships Coordinator in Lausanne
This role offers a chance to be responsible for growing the number of consumer activations through tactical festivals, Horeca and events partnerships in the assigned region. Support the deployment of activations with 3rd party agencies to deliver excellent consumer experience and contribute to the development of the consumer engagement strategy in ex-retail environment by translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and support external retail partnerships in the Swiss German region, across festivals, fairs and HoReCa
- Lead prospecting activities for new partnership opportunities, manage negotiations within budget frameworks and further relationships to establish long term collaborations
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of activation with external agency partner in line with agreed budget and timings to deliver operational excellence.
- Scout and secure new locations for D2C activations (e.g. pop-up) and support the deployment of rich consumer experience activations in those new channels
- Be present on the ground during activations to ensure quality of experience.
- Report observations and propose improvements to support the overall activation strategy.
- Manage administrative follow up and POs with external agencies and vendors following internal processes and guidelines.
- Support performance monitoring and facilitate data reporting to ex-retail performance monitoring team.
- Contribute to provide innovative ideas and improvements in execution of agreed activations.
- Collaborate with trade, digital and CX teams to ensure flawless execution of assigned projects.
What are we looking for?
- Valid Swiss driving license
- Previous experience working in face-to-face interactions, either in sales functions or B2B.
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Marketing & Sales / or CFC with relevant work experience
- Fluent English and Swiss German. French/Italian knowledge is considered a plus but not mandatory.
- Structed and organized, capable to execute the projects according to agreed timing and plan.
- Able to work with limited direct supervision and efficiently while remote from the office.
- Excellent communication (oral & written).
- Creative and curious, eager to learn and contribute to process and ways of working improvement.
- Attention to details and great team player.
- Good knowledge of MS office tools (esp. PowerPoint and Excel).
