British American TobaccoIndonesia has an exciting opportunity for an InternUp – Pilot Plant Logistic and QC in Malang
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support day-to-day operations including material preparation, movement (shipment), and quality checks.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse stock data and updating KPI dashboards.
- Help with sample preparation and submission for laboratory testing.
- Contribute to basic problem-solving and data analysis for quality improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials and samples meet specifications.
- Support QA and lab activities related to product testing and equipment checks
What are we looking for?
- Diploma’s Degree with maximum of 1 year of work experience in Engineering or Technical background. Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering are preferable. Final-year university students are welcome.
- Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Computer Literacy and familiar with computer system supporting quality and planning activity, Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, familiar with digital tools (e.g. Power BI) for automation and report visualization.
- Electrical skill (Familiar with PLC and software device) and automation system is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of sampling methods, lab instruments, and data handling, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to take initiative with personal leadership.
