British American Tobacco Hondurashas an exciting opportunity for a Vuse Deployment Executivein Honduras
Maximize the potential of the assigned brand(s) through the development, communication, and implementation of strategies focused on brand strategy, commercial strategy, and consumer engagement activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Define the execution of the local marketing mix elements (promotion, pricing management, and distribution) for the vaping brand.
- Oversee the definition of brand vision, strategy, positioning, and marketing mix, including product and packaging specifications and communications, in line with the Group’s consumer strategy.
- Monitor product quality and evolution according to metrics (e.g., consumer complaints).
- Oversee brand strategy initiatives such as product launches and new product introductions.
- Define the e-commerce strategy, including monitoring e-commerce performance, from the on-site consumer experience to delivery and customer service experience.
- Manage communications between the Area Team, Brand Marketing, Marketing Deployment, Legal and Operations to ensure the cycle plan is executed effectively and brand programs are implemented effectively through the distributor.
- Oversee the B2B strategy aligned to brand plans through ideation and on-site validation.
- Implement and maintain best environmental, health, and safety practices at work, ensuring working conditions that pose no risks to people or equipment and that allow for the continuity of operations.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, or related commercial roles.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate ideas, participate in discussions, and deliver presentations effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency, including data analysis and pivot tables.
- Experience working in multinational companies or fast-paced commercial environments is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Previous experience leading small teams or managing external partners is a plus.
- High growth potential with the ability to combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic business environment
