Role Positioning and Objectives
Reports to: Secondary Supply Chain Manager
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Geographic Scope: APMEA North (Direct Reporting Business Unit)
Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with 3PL to manage external warehouse operations and find areas of improvement.
- Daily tasks for external warehouse ops includes preparing for monthly budget review, part-timer labor cost review & ad-hoc troubleshooting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, and DBS/IDT stakeholders to prepare any new products for launch in the external warehouse
- Quick to accurately input and analyze risks, and able to present viable scenarios to decision-making forums
- Adopt and apply best practices, processes and systems
Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 3 - 4 years of working experience.
- MNC and Supply Chain experience along with knowledge of WMS/OMS/SAP system is a bonus
- Fluency and ability to present complex ideas in English
