British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Loyalty & Engagement Specialist in Bucharest
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Commercial & Communication
- Management of creative development of digital communications materials based on brand and channel specific briefs (e.g.: national consumer promos, content series, ad-hoc campaigns,), acting as a liaison between multiple stakeholders: streams in digital, brand teams, planning and other 3rd party suppliers (creative, dev & ops);
- Input and support with overall brand strategy and tactical execution (e.g. mechanics, content, communication);
- Performance media and database activities creation (e.g. newsletters, SMS, push notifications) via specialized agencies or automated tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud);
- Logistics related process management (e.g. prizes, redemptions) via operational partners;
2. Development
- Business requirement consolidation for future developments – you translate commercial and/or brand needs into development briefs, coordinate the development process and handle deployment OTIF;
- Platform functionalities development - both in terms of base functionalities as well as projects/activation/campaign driven developments;
- Maintenance and optimization of the website, overviewing the development agency;
3. Reporting & Insights
- Sales and performance reporting;
- Website consumer insights generation;
- Reports and dashboard creation for internal audience;
- Input into strategic decisions via analysis as well as exploration of opportunity spaces;
- Track & analyse KPIs to assess the effectiveness of initiatives deployed. Identify and recommend areas of improvement
- Regular competition analysis in order to identity potential threats or actionable areas of opportunity.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Understanding of CRM and CMS platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Drupal, MS Dynamics)
- Understanding of the technology linked to the digital platforms (e.g. SEO, performance media)
- Familiarity with data analysis as well as data management, knowledge of governance principles and GDPR
- Ability to synthesize analyses with clear recommendations in terms of added value to the business
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Romanian and English (both oral and written)
- Computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Flexible and collaborative, team first, proactive attitude
- Creative thinking alongside ability to challenge and do things differently
