Are you ready to step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment with one of the world's leading companies? BAT Romania is seeking a Requisition Assistant to support our procurement processes for the German market from our Bucharest office.
This is your opportunity to play a key role in ensuring seamless procurement operations and driving continuous improvement in a global business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Create and Manage Purchase Requisitions: Accurately process Coupa POs and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines.
• Goods and Services Receipt: Confirm receipt of goods, initiate complaints or returns when necessary, and maintain records in Coupa.
• Dispute Management: Resolve purchase order discrepancies, update account details, and manage cancellations or amendments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust with end-market teams and ensure alignment with regional and global frameworks.
• Support Innovation and Compliance: Drive continuous improvement and uphold compliance with data privacy, security, and internal controls.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively with culturally diverse teams.
• Experience with tools like Coupa, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• You thrive in precision-driven environments and are committed to continuous improvement.
