Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the implementation, and embedment of Campaign Plan activities and objectives, in partnership with the Marketing and Brand teams;
• Design communication solutions that meet the consumer and market needs in line with the brand guidelines & campaign planning. 
• Contribute to communication solutions by Brand and by the stage of the Activation Framework (Desire-Enjoy-Embrace), and help select the most suited solutions for their targeted consumer;
• Contribute to development of new and innovative POP and Special Executions in retail, to improve POP infrastructure communication and awareness capabilities.
• Provide insights regarding communication best practices to help Activation Managers deploy them within local market.; facilitate knowledge sharing of communication best opportunities and practices. 
• Make use of all available data (internal and external) to develop Best in class cycle campaign executions.
• Work closely with Brand/Activation/Trade/LEX/External agency teams to align the new Brand codes with the New Activation solutions, in respect of Best in place communication solutions.
• Plans and implements the channel’s communication strategy cycle by cycle;
• Supports stakeholders with relevant insights to help reach campaign objectives.

What are we looking for?

• FMCG experience, with proven expertise in trade and marketing  
• Fluency in written and spoken Romanian & English
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Strong analytic skills & logical/creative thinking
• Commercial acumen approach to all activities
• Digital marketing knowledge
• Resilient, flexible and confident to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Strong project management experience
