JOB TITLE: Junior Executive in HR & Employer branding

FUNCTION: HR

SUB FUNCTION: N/A

CITY & COUNTRY: Copenhagen, Denmark

• Support our Nordic HR team in contributing and driving projects related to culture, employee experience and attraction, social events and employee engagement.
• Assist our Nordic HR Business Partner team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure business fluency.
• Contribute to our employer branding agenda across Nordics, by promoting our company as an employer of choice via online and offline touchpoints & initiatives.
• Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, etc.) and content calendar, including budgeting and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful talent attraction efforts.

ESSENTIAL

• Recent graduate of up to two years with an education in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is not necessary but will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with managing and creating internal and external social media content to ensure successful campaigns launch
• General knowledge of annual HR processes, such as recruitment, EOY conversations, talent attraction, etc..
• Proactive mindset, with willingness to try new ideas and methods to achieve business & teams goals.
• Strong creativity skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn.

BENEFICIAL

• Fluency in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish is not essential but can be useful.
