British American TobaccoGermany has an exciting opportunity for an Internship in CORA (Corporate & Regulatory Affairs) in Hamburg
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Corporate & Regulatory Affairs team. In this role, you will support various aspects of our internal and external communications efforts, including the planning and execution of campaigns focused on risk reduction for smokers, internal events, and company initiatives. You will also assist with the creation of presentations, videos, and other media while coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and develop skills in communications, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support in the planning and independent execution of internal events
- Support in the planning and implementation of internal initiatives and communication formats
- Support in the planning, implementation, and orchestration of communication campaigns (focus on Tobacco Harm Reduction / education on "risk reduction for smokers")
- Creation of briefings, presentations, texts, graphics/photos, and videos
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, partners, and service providers
What are we looking for?
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in both English and German)
- Excellent organizational skills and structured approach
- Very good knowledge of PowerPoint, image and video editing, as well as digital and social media
- Strong communication skills and an open personality
