BAT HK has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Deployment Executive.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Function: Trade Marketing and Distribution

HoReCa channels development support
- Design and manage overall Horeca plan and its budget allocation with aims to improve overall channel return on investment and sales performance.
- Work with all partners internally and externally, support in building strategic plans for Horeca.
- Deliver activities to improve brand presence & product trial, while ensure a strong conversion to regular and loyal consumers to sustain the growth and competitiveness
- Collaborate with Trade team & SPI team on identification and extraction of deep consumer insights as needed for Horeca development.
Consumer/Trade Activation & Merchandising support
- Develop overall merchandising and visibility strategy and budget plan.
- Lead the implementation of the agreed route to market strategy, merchandising plan and distribution coverage to optimize the launch and growth of the brand in the market.
- Work with local creative agencies to develop & implement merchandising support campaign.
- Manage implementation agencies & distributor to ensure proper execution of brand cycle campaign and brand ambassador execution.
- Liaising with Brand and Trade team on resource allocation, in-store display design, in-market communication.
Provide Operation support
- Assist Sr Marketing Deployment Manager to prepare operational planning & briefing, coordinate the deployment of cycle activation with internal and external co-workers, ensure execution are within brief.
- Provide reports to managements for performance tracking & insights collected from retail and consumer. Contribute to fact-based decision-making through the provision of market analysis with clear recommendations for action and insightful post implementation reviews.
- Assisting the Sr Marketing Deployment Manager about the Activation and Merchandising budget management, POSM inventory management and tracking of progress & return on investment.
Relationship Management
- Develop strong business relationship with trade counterparts and agencies to ensure proper implementation of activities / plans according to company objectives
- Work collaboratively with internal collaborator (e.g. Brand / Finance / SPI) to ensure smooth operation and achieve company objectives
What are we looking for?
- At least 3-4 years Trade marketing / consumer brand activation experience preferably in a renowned FMCG company
- Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and logical/creative thinking
- Strong intuition for business & critical thinking
- Continuous Improvement Mentality
- University graduate in Business Administration or equivalent.
