Purpose Statement

The Area Customer Transformation Executive improves customer-centric digital initiatives across APMEA West.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead demand management for assigned projects in APMEA West.
• Coordinate customer stream budget and project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements related to customer stream projects.
• Maintain business-as-usual operations for assigned projects, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Foster relationships with APMEA West trade teams and solution vendors.
• Drive innovation and improvements within customer stream projects.

APMEA West End Markets

• All 17 end markets in APMEA West fall within the scope of this role. Based on requirements, support and connection with end markets outside our DRBU/Region may be necessary.
• This position currently operates on a ‘Manage Self’ basis, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the DRBU to ensure alignment with commercial ambitions.
• It is crucial to engage with Heads of Trade and Business Managers in different end markets to ensure alignment on priorities and agree on roadmaps that are in line with important metrics for the business.

Key Accountabilities

• Contribute to the roadmap for digitizing all customer stream tasks.
• Develop customer transformation projects, ensuring 100% compliance with cyber policy directives.
• Improve the sales force’s efficiency by digitizing their journey with breakthrough technologies.
• Exceed company standards by exploring new areas for improvement in customer stream projects.
• Ensure 24/7/365 system availability by collaborating with relevant teams.
• Collaborate closely with global, regional, and other collaborators to ensure alignment.
• Manage and reflect change requests (CR) effectively and timely, ensuring successful deployment.
