BAT DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONSIS LOOKING FOR A SUPPLY NETWORK PLANNER
SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management
FUNCTION: Operations

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reports to: Supply Network Manager
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific & Middle East
- Perform tasks to support the delivery of desired Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the category.
- As SNO SPOC working with suppliers to help achieve Global & Regional targets.
- Actively adopt and implement digital transformation initiatives (Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, PBI, and other online tools) for the assigned supplier and category.
- Continuously upskill the technical capabilities and commercial understanding through supplier collaboration initiatives.
- Continuously seek and explore process simplification within category.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Responsible for Finished Good Demand planning and inventory management whilst maintaining target inventory.
- Responsible for monitoring, actioning, resolving demand and supply exceptions and actioning inventory at risk of obsolescence.
- Responsible for providing timely and accurate instructions to downstream supply chain functions (Production planners and Purchasing Planners) to maintain correct stock holding levels at the market.
- Responsible to implement the phasing in and out of new/old Finished Goods to eliminate losses due to write offs.
- Responsible for managing planning parameters and masterdata to ensure an accurate demand signal.
- Supervise KPI reporting for your responsible markets and ensure that all indicators are within control and on target.
- Ensure all Finished Goods are delivered on time and in full, managing crisis and incidents to mitigate a loss of service level to your responsible markets
- Learn and understand BAT SNO Supply Chain processes, and look for opportunities to continually improve and refine those processes
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Application Criteria
- Possess and undergraduate university degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable working via Microsoft Teams
- Application Plus points
- Previous experience with SAP or Kinaxis RapidResponse, PowerBI or PowerAutomate is a plus
- Character Traits
- Having a logical and analytical approach
- Able to process information in a logical manner, and identify solutions and/or decisions
- Able and willing to work as a Team within a multinational company
- Able to handle high pressure scenarios and deadlines
- Having a curious mindset, and a penchant for continuous improvement
- Possessing the drive to succeed, and willing to take on new projects for personal growth and development
