JOB TITLE: Graduate Associate – HR

FUNCTION: Human Resources

LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

You will work under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations. Goal being, to acquire all essential knowledge to become a ready resource within the team. Work closely with senior personnel, learning techniques and gaining the knowledge required to contribute to the function/department smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Understand each function under department
  • Provide administrative support (e.g., data entry)
  • Get familiar with personnel duties.
  • Participate in company’s strategic planning. (Where directed by line)
  • Help managers in writing reports, analysing data etc.
  • Research ways to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Create and give presentations.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Observe and learn from experienced team members.
  • Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
  • Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
  • Fulfil any requirements and meet goals set out as per KPIs.
  • Follow all company regulations, health, and safety codes.
  • Prepare documents and update records.

  • Fully involved and aware of day-to-day operation within customer team
  • Focused on supporting the stakeholders with operational work needs.
  • Proactive in seeking new ways for planning process to improve operations & workflow.
  • Providing actionable insights for creation, development, and tracking functions & department.
  • Commitment to team and personal development

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Familiarity with HR planning processes and skills development, with additional knowledge of sales operations, administration, reporting, call center functions, service delivery, project management, and training & development being a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in creating dashboards, generating reports, and using analytical and planning tools. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven expertise in stakeholder and relationship management (internal and external).
  • People-oriented, with the ability to influence others and work collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Preferably 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify solutions and drive results effectively.
