BAT PAPUA NEW GUINEA IS LOOKING FOR A COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
SENIORITY LEVEL:Non-Management
FUNCTION: Marketing
LOCATION: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea
ROLE TYPE: Permanent

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports To: Marketing Operations Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: APMEA

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Deliver Operational All the required admin for Head of Trade, National Sales and Business Transformation (administration staff, travel booking, calendar management, handling POs)
• Planning and Prioritization of Marketing (Peer To Peer travel arrangements)
• Onboarding new vendor (set up, checking and validation)
• Event management (coordinating huddle, offsite meeting office meeting - handling venue, rundown, F&B)
• Working with Finance, Procurement and Fleet (PO activities, clearing POs, payment details)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Graduates from Tertiary Marketing or Business Qualification or equivalent
• Equipped with at least 2 years as an Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant OR relevant background
• Exposure in FMCG will be an additional advantage
• Prior working experience in procurement or finance will be a plus
• Attention to details, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Results Driven with good analytical skills, able to deliver effective communication
• Have self awareness and insight and committed to self
