As a HR Intern, you will be part of the HR team to support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resource function and Internal Communication stream. You will also have the opportunity to take charge of key projects, delivering holistic solutions in elevating the experience of our employees throughout their life-cycle's processes as well as supporting the implementation of the strategic people agenda.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the HRBP in the execution of Company’s employee cyclical plan – included but not limited to offering support in interviews, pre-hire documentation and communication, onboarding, ad-hoc employee requests, reward processes & more
• Supporting the logistics and execution of internal company events, while offering operational support to Internal Comms Analyst to deliver the Engagement & Internal Comms Agenda
• Support in building compelling and creative business presentations
• Ideating and executing simplification of processes within the HR function
• Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/Psychology (but not limited to these areas)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel

• Willing to learn mindset, positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
• Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player
• Advanced level of English and Italian languages, both written and verbal (Italian work visa is required).
