This internship is a structured learning experience that combine theory with real-world applications, while being supported  by an experienced team of professionals. You will be part of a diverse & experienced Legal team, having the opportunity to learn and get fully involved in a multi-cultural, open environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with general administrative matters, maintenance of documentation, spreadsheets and legal databases, creation of legal documents;
• Report generation, document collation;
• Legal research & liaise with external counsels, with a focus on Data protection, Legislative decree 231/01, Antitrust, and Contracts;
• Assisting with various legal projects as required;
• Preparing statutory and corporate filings.

What are we looking for?

• Master’s degree in law (completion of the legal practicewill be considered a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, initiative and problem-solving skills, attention to details;
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of legal documents and other information;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Excellent written and oral communication skill, fluency in Italian and English language (Italian work visa).
