JOB TITLE: Web Executive
REPORTS TO: Head of EC and Web
LOCATION: Tokyo, Japan


ROLE SUMMARY
The Web Executive is responsible for handling and optimizing digital content, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of web-related tasks. This role focuses on content management, web troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. The Web Executive supports digital marketing initiatives and enhances online consumer engagement by maintaining and updating web assets. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES
•    Manage and localize digital assets and toolkits for online activation, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
•    Coordinate with digital marketing teams to share and triage web content across platforms.
•    Brief agencies and vendors on web activation creatives and front-end development requirements.
•    Ensure timely publishing and maintenance of content, working closely with vendors including but not limited to front to back end developers and publishers
•    Conduct pre-flight testing and final sign-off for all web-related activities to ensure quality and compliance.
•    Troubleshoot web-related issues and provide solutions to enhance the user experience.
•    Oversee web translations and ensure consistency across all language versions.
•    Monitor and manage web vitals, ensuring optimal website performance and consumer engagement.
•    Support incident management and resolve any fraudulent or non-compliant activities on digital platforms.
•    Provide ad hoc support for non-campaign tasks, such as asset swaps and web updates.


EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Essential:
•    2+ years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
•    Familiarity with web content management systems and tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
•    Strong understanding of digital marketing and web performance metrics.
•    Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners.
•    Attention to detail and the ability to ensure quality and compliance across all deliverables.
Desirable:
•    Experience working in the Japanese market or similar cultural contexts.
•    Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
•    Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
•    Experience in troubleshooting and resolving web issues.
