ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

As a Demand Planning Associate, you will will support key strategic business decisions through the demand planning process by preparing forecasts for reporting purposes and providing clear understanding on drivers contributing towards short term & long-term volume & value growth. Your dedication will be vital in helping us challenge and succeed in a dynamic and driven market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Contribute to the demand planning process with forecast scenarios preparation.
• Demand forecasting, demand reporting and analyzing actuals vs forecast.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine market trends and insights.
• Support the preparation of materials for marketing presentations and reports regarding demand forecasting cycle.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Degree in Statistics, Business analytics, Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing planning, supply chain or a related role.
• Advanced Excel reporting skills, strong analytical abilities
• Experience with SAP or other tools is a benefit.
• Excellent communication skills, highly organized with project management abilities.
