On tis position you will have opportunity to:

• Grow and build visibility within BAT, develop carrier, new skills, business acumen and commercial understanding,
• Immerse with supply chain, collaborate with third parties, provide supply of semi finish goods within and outside EU,

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for collaborating with the master planner, D&I, purchase planner, schedulers at factory level and logistics,
• Responsible for resolving and communicating supply issues and impact on demand,
• Responsible for ensuring constraint availability,
• Responsible for overall inventory within the supply network,
• Responsible for managing and validating the cumulative planning lead-times, transactional and master data

What are we looking for?

• 2-4 years across Planning, Logistic, NPI (DRP, Production Planning, MSM experience would be an advantage).
• University degree and experience with ERP / Planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis - Rapid Response could be an advantage).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Polish required).
• Good analytical and digital skills, ability to make smart decisions in the face of ambiguity.
• Curiosity to seek out new ideas, challenging complexity and seeking out simpler / faster ways of working.
