British American TobaccoCroatia has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Digital Specialist in Zagreb

As a Junior Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for the constant development and performance of our digital platforms in Croatia & Slovenia. The role involves coordinating the deployment and improvement of digital services with an aim to engage our consumers and build long term relationship with them.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of the constant development and performance of our digital platforms for Croatia & Slovenia
  • Develop and implement digital engagement strategies to build strong consumer relationships across social media, email marketing, websites, and other digital platforms
  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media platforms, driving customer interaction and fostering community engagement
  • Agency management for the deployment and improvement of digital services such as:
    • SEO – optimization of content and activities for all web platforms
    • CRM – continues improvement of communication with consumers through different channels (Hypercare, SMS, etc.)
    • Social media strategy development and deployment of all monthly activities
    • Loyalty program – support Loyalty program executive in all day-to-day tasks
    • Consumer complaints system management
  • Creating a roadmap for automating reporting and operational metrics, enabling efficient and data-driven decision-making
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards
  • Stay current with emerging trends in digital marketing and consumer behavior to continuously innovate engagement efforts
  • Analyze digital campaign performance metrics and consumer engagement analytics to inform decision-making
  • Controlling the budget and budgeting activities
  • Ensuring the achievement of key success indicators, set by the line manager

What are we looking for?

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • At least two years of working experience in the field of marketing, specifically in the deployment and development of digital services
  • Strong project management skills with high self-organization and reliability
  • Proficient in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content creation, and community management
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make informed decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving challenges and leveraging data to drive insights
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt quickly and innovate in a fast-paced environment
  • Affinity for new media and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest digital trends
  • Deep understanding of both back-end and front-end processes and technologies
  • Proficiency in English and Croatian
