The Treasury Manager: Project Vantage is a senior delivery and design role responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of strategic working capital initiatives, with a primary focus on Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and P-Card programs.
The role will lead market prioritization, solution design, stakeholder alignment and execution across multiple markets. It will act as a key interface between Treasury, Procurement, GBS and external partners to ensure that programs are commercially effective, operationally scalable, and fully compliant with BAT governance frameworks.
This role is critical to delivering the Project Vantage (a workstream under Liquid Edge) objectives through sustainable working capital optimization and scalable payables transformation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs across multiple markets, including solution design, implementation, supplier onboarding, governance, controls, and performance tracking to ensure successful adoption and measurable working capital improvements.
- Drive the technical deployment of SCF solutions by partnering closely with banking partners, Treasury, DBS, GBS, Procurement, and local market teams, ensuring seamless integration, operational readiness, and compliance with agreed standards.
- Develop and execute large-scale supplier onboarding strategies, leveraging stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to maximize participation, accelerate adoption rates, and support long-term program success.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize market opportunities for SCF implementation by building robust business cases, evaluating cost-benefit scenarios, validating feasibility, and aligning deployment plans with broader Project Vantage objectives.
- Co-own the design, governance, and continuous enhancement of the global P-Card program framework, defining target operating models, policies, controls, and usage strategies while ensuring compliance with audit and internal control requirements.
- Partner with Procurement and business stakeholders to establish supplier segmentation and targeting strategies, leading supplier onboarding initiatives and driving accountability for P-Card adoption, utilization, compliance, and value realization across markets.
- Lead the rollout and operational management of P-Card programs, overseeing process design, reconciliation frameworks, controls, and scalable operating models while ensuring alignment between Treasury strategy, accounting treatment, and day-to-day execution.
- Act as the central subject matter expert and key stakeholder liaison across Treasury, Procurement, GBS, Finance, banking partners, and market teams, providing governance oversight, risk management, strategic recommendations, and insightful reporting to support program delivery and business objectives.
What are we looking for?
- Significant experience in Treasury, working capital optimization and payables transformation.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-market financial and transformation programs.
- Experience with Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and payables solutions at scale.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in working capital optimization, with a focus on payables.
- Strong understanding of SCF structures, funding dynamics, implementation models, and associated accounting implications.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, financial control environments, and controls frameworks (SOx, CoCo, RACM).
- Ability to translate technical Treasury concepts into practical business solutions and support process design, implementation, and transformation initiatives.
