BAT Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for an IFM Building Facility Supervisor in Malang
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs specifically for building structures, facades, and civil infrastructure.
- Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with current business processes and compliance requirements.
- Overseeing the daily operations of all facility systems, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Managing external contractors for renovation or repair projects, from initial structural assessment and tendering to on-site supervision and final quality inspection.
- Preparing and monitoring annual plan and actual spending for operational and project budgets.
- Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for both operational needs and project activities.
- Ensuring the property remains in full compliance with local building codes (SLF), fire safety regulations, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team of technicians and service staff, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations to maintain service excellence.
What are we looking for?
- A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from a reputable university with minimum of 2 years of experience in Facility Management or Building Management, preferably within commercial or industrial complexes.
- Strong knowledge of building structures and materials. Strong capability to interpret and implement technical drawings (shop drawings/working drawings) on-site is essential. Proficiency in operating AutoCAD is a significant plus.
- Proven track record to create BoQ and RAB.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially when handling emergency repairs or facility-critical projects.
- Problem-solving skills at an outstanding level, capable of diagnosing structural issues and implementing rapid, effective solutions.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication for reporting to senior management and coordinating with stakeholders.
