British American TobaccoPoland has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Insights Junior Manager (HP) in Warsaw
As a Consumer Insights Junior Manager you will Support the growth of our highly strategic Heated Products (HP) Category by being the clear voice of the consumer across BAT Central Europe Area markets (Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltics)
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generate, condense and support the delivery of comprehensive, forward-looking and actionable consumer insights for the Heated Product category and the overall multi-category Nicotine landscape and CE markets to shape Marketing and corporate strategies and plans; to enable effective strategic, operational and tactical business decisions.
- Aggregate data and research outcomes into meaningful and actionable insights by demonstrating and linking multiple data sources and support turning those insights into clear and relevant storylines and recommendations.
- Drive consumer-centric culture embedded within the CE organisation and support shaping a multi-category strategy by outlining key consumer trends & developments.
- Discuss insights/findings and derive corresponding impact on strategy/plans with CE Marketing & Management.
- Conduct, manage and own research and insights projects with external agency partners; manage consumer research and analytics agencies across CE markets to deliver the insights agenda.
- Address ad hoc business questions using in-depth market and consumer analysis and prepare deep-dive consumer presentations for CE markets and business reviews.
- Build effective working relationships with Category Consumer Insights, Area Marketing teams, the Consumer Insights Team and broader Insights & Foresights community; influence by driving consumer-centric decision making.
- Act as a consultant and Consumer Insights Ambassador, establishing strong relationships with strategic agency partners and ensuring delivery is in line with business needs, procedure and BAT standards.
What are we looking for?
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, or Market Intelligence within a multinational FMCG company or leading research agency; experience on both client and agency sides is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative consumer and market research methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of consumer needs, attitudes, and behaviours, combined with strong brand intuition and curiosity.
- Solid business sense with aa comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, commercial drivers, and growth opportunities.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to connect data to business impact.
- Proven ability to translate complex research findings and multiple data sources into actionable insights, opportunities, and clear recommendations.
- Confident in providing independent, evidence-based perspectives and influencing decision-making across organisational levels and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
