Screening Phase

For some roles, you'll be invited to take part in our online asessments which are designed to remove biases and measure competencies, social and behavioural traits. The algorithms behind the scenes help us see if you have some of the core traits we look for across our organisation. The tests make use of AI and behavioural science to understand more about your skills and potential and help us create more diverse teams.

Our screening interviews are normally conducted over the phone or via Teams. They are an efficient way for you to share some key information with us and for the recruiter to answer any questions you may have on the company or the role.
