British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Manager in Bucharest
The objective of this role is to enable business decisions around potential pricing opportunities, overseeing and optimising the pricing strategies within the finance department.
This role involves meticulous analysis of market dynamics, competitor pricing and customer behaviour, translating insights into strategic pricing decisions that contribute to business success.
The role demands a seasoned professional responsible for shaping and executing pricing strategies to optimise revenue and enhance market competitiveness.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing strategies and economic factors to make informed pricing decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of pricing decisions providing insights and recommendations to Marketing Teams to align pricing with business goals.
- Analyse and recommend pricing adjustments based on market conditions by taking an active role in providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise pricing structures and monitor key performance indicators related to pricing.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging market conditions that may impact pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver financial information for Budget Review, Forecasts and Actual results in line with timelines, company procedures and controls.
- Ensure pricing compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure market adherence to SOx, Internal Controls, Internal Marketing Governance Frameworks, Reporting and System related submissions.
- Continuous assessment and improvement of pricing processes and methodologies.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- 3-7 years’ experience in revenue management, pricing or a related field.
- Proven experience in pricing / commercial management with a focus on strategic decision-making.
- Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
- Fluent in oral and written communication in English and Romanian
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
