BAT Vietnam has an exciting opportunity for a Process Lead in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
This Role is a factory base to manage production activity within respective cell. The scope mainly cover production for Vina-BAT Join Venture Ltd.
This Role is responsible to analyze line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities, ensuring improvement process (90 DAP) implemented within the cell, coach team in capability of IWS pillars & DMS, conduct a health check within the cell.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - BUSINESS
- Analyze line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities within the cell.
- Analyze and provide below results for previous 24 hours during Line DDS through Loss Tree: CL & CO DMS’s and Top 3 stops and initial findings
- Analyze data and Ensure Proper deployment Waste DMS
- Process failures and initial findings
- Investigate, validate & update new CL standards to eliminate losses within the cell
- Lead Cell DDS Process,90 DAP and conduct DMS Health Check
- Conduct UPS in relation to Quality Defect (CoCo, CuCo & NCP)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - PEOPLE
- Coach teams to build capability in problem solving skills, IWS & DMS
- Lead and build the capability of team around process failures technical troubleshooting
- Build strong relationship among the team, cross site team as one Operations spirit
- Lead all processes within area of responsibility to comply with company governance requirement.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Higher vocational degree in technical and machinery
- Understand the overview and related IWS Pillar & DDS Cycle & Zero Loss Journey
- Solid knowledge in AM, LE & Q Pillar
- General knowledge in tobacco product & raw material
