BAT IS LOOKING FOR A BRAND SERVICES EXECUTIVE

SENIORITY LEVEL:  Brand Development Associate (G33)

FUNCTION: Brand Marketing  

LOCATION: GBS Pakistan for APMEA NORTH

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Brand Development Associate is primarily responsible is to lead projects and establishing on-time completion of deliverables for the specific projects for APMEA North. Brand Development Associate needs to ensure effective delivery of assigned new product initiatives by working closely with category team and cross functional team under the leadership of Brand Development Manager. The individual should have the learning agility of acquiring knowledge about brand management and product management for all SMP projects. The individual should be able to understand the brief pertaining to commercial plans and build connection on how it will impact the new projects launched. The individual is also required to be able to inspire trust, create vision and have potential to keep synergy within team and other stakeholders across

Key success factors include:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Delivering all NPIs projects on timely manner (to meet OTIF delivery, raise escalation at the right time to meet timeline).    
  • Ensuring 100% compliance on NPI deliveries.

Geographic Scope: APMEA NORTH

Travel: N/A

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  1. E2E delivery of all NPI Projects with follow ups and project management with NPI managers.
  2. Deliver the project agility in working with the NPI managers to identify opportunities to deliver desired timelines which would stretch standard SLAs on Project.
  3. Management of the Project management system for NPI and ensuring all projects are tracking correctly on the system.
  4. Ownership of the packaging AW adaptation based on guidelines developed by the strategic brand groups.
  5. Ensuring and following up on such packaging AW adaptations with relevant parties.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Experience Required

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing and brand roles or equally in a brand supply chain hybrid role.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • High organisation skills.
  • Ability to work with large amount of data and extract insights.
  • Flexible and reliable team player who acts in the best interest of the department and company.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • A graduate in Marketing or business management.
