British American Tobacco DBS Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Data & Insights Analyst in Warsaw
The Marketing Data & Insights Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between data and the business. They will focus on building robust data models that facilitate effortless extraction of insights through automated dashboards and reports.
The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain, develop and optimize the BI infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, establishing strong relationships, and designing efficient reporting and business process architectures. These efforts will enable rapid development of business intelligence solutions.
Additionally, the role includes SharePoint management, requiring the analyst to create new pages upon request, maintain the current structure, and ensure seamless document organization for easy access.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain existing dashboards and create new ones on demand by automating the ETL process and visualizing data using tools including Power Query and Power BI.
- Oversee SharePoint management, including creating and maintaining pages upon request, ensuring proper document organization, and optimizing the structure for seamless accessibility and collaboration.
- Conduct diagnostics on existing reports to identify issues, develop automated solutions, implement them, and monitor validation processes to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
- Maintain up-to-date internal processes and documentation of quality standards to ensure adherence to process controls and audits aligned with BAT standards.
- Efficiently handle tight project timelines within a fast-paced business environment.
What are we looking for?
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of ETL, data structures, modeling, and architecture.
• Experience with SharePoint management, including page creation, structuring, and permissions management.
• Extensive experience in designing solutions using PowerBI, Power Query
• Experience with Alteryx, R, Dataverse, and Power Automate is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Think holistically about automation, designing integrated solutions that connect various tools to streamline workflows, automate data processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Comfortable working with numbers and possessing a strong analytical sense.
