British American TobaccoHungary has an exciting opportunity for a Operations Skills Development Executive in Pécs
The purpose of the role is to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of global technical training content and systems to enable consistent capability building across Manufacturing.
The role ensures that training materials and platforms are accurate, accessible, and fully operational, while supporting SMEs and end markets in the effective utilisation of learning tools
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning Systems Administration & User Support
- Administer and maintain training content on global platforms (SuccessFactors, OTH)
- Ensure timely upload, accuracy, and accessibility of all training materials
- Provide first-line support to Training Custodians globally (troubleshoot LMS issues, assess and prioritise issues, escalate to GBSHR where required)
- Deliver user training and onboarding (hypercare) for new system users
- Act as backup administrator for LMS systems
- Deliver training sessions to SMEs and Training Custodians on: Learning Management System usage,Training content standards
- Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to ensure adoption of defined methodologies
- Coordinate with SMEs and CoE factories to support development of technical and loss-linked training materials
- Assist in converting technical knowledge into structured, learner-friendly formats
- Support creation of: Skill Matrices (SM),Step-Up Cards (SUC), Training modules
- Ensure all training content is: properly stored version-controlled,accessible globally
- Perform basic quality checks before publishing
What are we looking for?
Essential:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Industry preferably with exposure to some Operational excellence/ Continuous Improvement methodology (Lean MFG, Six Sigma, IWS, etc)
- Exceptional Computer Skills
- Proficient in English
- Ability to interpret and convey technical concepts
- Ability to convert technical knowledge in written format conducive to learning
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of current company digital platforms (MS Teams and SharePoint and SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge and understanding of video making and editing
- Skill to manage self and others in a diverse environment.
- Agility to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Technical/ Engineering education (college/ University)
- Qualification on the E&T Pillar SUC at level 2.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Training and Development Environment will serve as a benefit
- Knowledge and Skill in electronic Learning Management System administration
- Experience working within IWS environment
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Video Making Equipment/Video Making will serve as an advantage
