British American Tobaccohas an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst in Subang Jaya, Malaysia
The Reward Analyst ensures accurate reward delivery by supervising data, reports, and processes, and collaborating with global teams to boost reward efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support top-down and bottom-up demands by conducting technical analysis and proposing initial designs to provide fit-for-purpose analytical solutions to the Group Reward Delivery team.
- Proactively gather relevant data from internal sources (Markets and/or Centre) and external reward providers.
- Conduct detailed analysis as part of reward investigations or enquiries initiated by the Group Reward Delivery Team, and present analysis and initial proposals clearly and creatively.
- Support the RAD Process Leads in maintaining fit-for-purpose reward data, reward data management, process maps, and frameworks to ensure a consistent approach.
- Assist in crafting thorough and detailed reward distribution reports with initial observations or analysis for governing bodies, legislative pay-equity reporting (e.g., gender pay gap), and internal tools/templates.
- Offer guidance and instruction to GBS on essential reward delivery tools and resources, and collaborate with GBS in deploying system improvements aligned with changes to reward policies.
- Support the RAD Process Leads in developing reward capability materials and communication materials.
- Support ad-hoc reward analysis requests to aid decision-making and process management for the Group Reward team, and participate in reward projects as part of an agile team when assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of Generalist Reward experience
- Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong English language (written and oral)
- Ability to work in a global capacity / virtual working to ensure seamless delivery and execution across time zones
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic and matrixed organization, navigating complexity to deliver seamlessly
