British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for an IDT Project Management - Marketing (f/m) in Warsaw
The IDT Project Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end planning and delivery of technology and digital transformation projects as well as assigned Business as Usual activities. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, in full (OTIF), aligned with business needs, technically sound, properly documented, and compliant with IDT governance and ways of working. This includes orchestrating delivery across IDT, Business, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
End‑to‑End Project Delivery & Business as Usual
- Lead full project lifecycle concerning IDT scope: scoping → requirements → build → testing → deployment → post‑launch.
- Ensure OTIF delivery of complex projects with multiple dependencies and partners.
- Maintain project documentation: translating business requirements into technical requirements,
- Adhering to IDT architectural standards and business processes and supporting maintenance of existing IDT systems
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
- Partner with business owners, IDT Business Analysts, and suppliers.
- Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, alignment checkpoints, and status reviews.
- Manage conflict resolution, ensure clarity of timelines, and maintain transparent communication.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to IDT Ways of Working and support Change Management workflows
- Identify risks, manage mitigations, and ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
What are we looking for?
- Understanding of digital systems(for example: E-commerce systems, Payments methods, E-comm stock management, CRM systems, CRM Loyalty, trade B2B systems), basic integration principles, and familiarity with IDT systems and security requirements.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical tasks and support clear technical documentation.
- Excellent organizing and planning capability, with a structured and methodical approach.
- Proven multi‑stakeholder leadership, partnering effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong structured communication & storytelling, with clarity in status updates and decision‑making.
- Confident in conflict resolution, critical issue management, and risk and dependency management to ensure smooth delivery.
