The Human Resources Function is pleased to offer an employment opportunity of HR Business Partner (HRBP)_ Algeria. 

This HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the Local team in helping to create a best in class employee engagement and a high performing culture. The HRBP partners with Senior management to align business objectives and execute strategic initiatives, while supporting the continuous improvement process within the business.  The HRBP role will partner with key stakeholders to deliver diversity and inclusion programs, employee retention and engagement strategies. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Partner with leaders to identify team and organizational needs, evaluate options and develop solutions.
  • Build effective partnerships with Senior managers
  • Consults with line management on coaching and feedback efforts, people and performance decisions, employee engagement, communications, talent management development, organizational change initiatives and program rollouts
  • Drive change management initiatives through a focus on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements
  • Execute employee engagement strategies
  • Drive employee relations at local site




  • Bachelor’s degree or similar " in HR filed will be a plus" 
  • HR business partnering experience is mandatory
  • Effective communication skills in both English and French
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task assignments.
  • Proven strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to critically assimilate and assess data.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to drive to consensus where appropriate
  • Military card is required
  • Good qualification regarding the compentation and benefits processes 
  • Good knowledge regarding the Budgeting.
