Screening phase
Online test
Our online tests are designed to remove biases. You’ll be invited to play a set of games, which measure cognitive, social and behavioural traits. The algorithms behind the scenes help us see if you have some of the core traits we look for across our organisation. The tests make use of AI and behavioural science to understand more about your skills and potential and help us create more diverse teams.
Screening interview
Our screening interviews are an efficient way for you to share some key information with us. We may ask you to be available for a phone interview or to answer some questions via a recorded video. While phone interviews offer more of a chance to talk in detail, recorded interviews are faster and more flexible for you as a candidate. They allow you to choose when and where you want to conduct your interview. To help you get ready, our platform allows you to test lighting, sound and video, before you record your actual answers.

Face-to-Face interview
Our face-to-face interview helps you get to know us and us get to know you. The interview covers a range of topics and often references our leadership capabilities – to see whether your needs are matched by our offering. It’s a two-way street and a great chance for you to meet our leaders and ask questions, making sure that we’re the right choice for you.
Assessment centre
Our assessment centre reflects the digital age we live in. It’s been designed to show you the role in action, while helping you to see what differences you can bring to work. Gone are the days of paper and pencil – we look forward to seeing how you tackle a real-life immersive situation and achieve great results, both in a group and individually.
