Principal accountabilities:


  • Responsible for activity proposal
  • Program development:
    • Guidelines for activity implementations (according to global/regional toolkits)
    • Provide briefing and information to Business Development team to work as team in the campaign plan (Shopper, CDM & MSD)
    • Guidelines and project management with Marketing team
  • Develop campaign plans (proposed by BD)
  • Obtain Cora & Legal approval
  • Responsible for brands reporting
  • Responsible for brand’s PIR
  • Manage branded research cycle with Consumer Insights
  • Assure product quality and within specifications
  • Interface with local agencies
  • Interface with Region/Global
  • Responsible to upload Brand Programs.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:


  • Required time experience: No more than 3 years of experience in Marketing positions (Brands / Trade / SPI) within BAT or any other Massive consumption industry.
  • Expected career path: Preferably with a degree on Business Administration or any Marketing Postgrade
  • Required skills: Advanced Microsoft Office management with focus on Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
