The job

 

You will support the roll-out of the Learning & Development agenda across Nordic markets, working closely together with Marketing leaders as well as the HR team.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Analyzing skill gaps in the organization and identifying solutions to bridge those gaps
  • Rolling out BAT´s global learning tools and initiatives in the Nordic markets
  • Curating learning content in various digital learning platforms we use
  • Creating fresh and snackable learning content for our employees which they can access via their smartphones – whenever, wherever
  • Implementing changes to the marketing functional capability framework
  • Creating and facilitating class-room trainings
  • On-going evaluation of existing training solutions
  • Supporting the recruitment and development of next generation leaders via our Global Graduate and Junior Executive Programmes

 

 

As the ideal candidate…

 

  • You are passionate about change and developing people
  • You have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the talent development/learning content co-creation space in a faced-paced industry
  • You possess commercial acumen/consumer-centric marketing understanding
  • You have an excellent command of English and preferably one of the Nordic languages
  • You possess excellent facilitation, communication and engagement skills, coupled with the ability to navigate within a matrix organization – moreover you LOVE to collaborate with various team members on the ground and virtually
  • You are an energetic personality and like to have fun at your job 

 

Experience from the FMCG industry is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
