We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to deliver on our HR Strategy and partner with the business to achieve a strong talent pipeline for the function.


  • Participate and contribute to the development of HR strategy, and plans to build and enhance HR capability as appropriate for the changing need of the function
  • Effective support of embedding the Talent Acquisition methods and capabilities and on-boarding toolkits by training / educating all involved parties (e.g. executive search firms / recruitment agencies, hiring managers, talent managers) to ensure a consistent candidate experience, improvements in recruitment lead times and quality of new hires
  • Advises Functional Leadership Team in ensuring a strong talent pipeline and succession planning for the function, being the soundboard for the different talent initiatives. Produces reliable and relevant management information by analysing sourcing data such as turnover, retention and new.
  • Ensures that new starters and transitioning employees undergo appropriate and supportive inductions and have onboarding plans
  • Manage workforce planning in line with functional ambition and structure
  • Advises the functional teams in assessing Training & Development Opportunities for the function and delivers on the Training & Development Strategy in line with the functional strategy.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve employee engagement, employee morale
  • Ensure the drive and delivery of the organisation’s diversity agenda in line with the functional leadership team’s support
  • Demonstrates sound understanding of the key processes within Rewards, (i.e annual salary review, short term and long-term incentives, bonus process, share
  • plans nominations)
  • Remain a point of contact for the employee policies and provide support regarding this with the function
  • Coaches line managers by providing advice, guidance and tools to help in delivering successful people processes.


Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum HR experience of 5-8 years in the FMCG industry, university graduate with solid academic background
  • Excellent team player and demonstrated capability to lead and manage a high performing team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with and influence senior external stakeholders
  • Management / leadership skills in motivating and developing people both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Influencing /negotiation skills in developing partnerships with different stakeholders
