Key Accountabilities  


  • Develop the HR plans on needed capacity and capability building aligned to objectives and budget of the department that is being supported and coordinate with line management, Technical Training Centre and HR directorate on implementation of the plans.
  • Implement all HR processes, policies and systems in part of the business responsible for and ensure for compliance in the business
  • Provide advice and support where needed to line management where responsible for and function as linking pin between line management and HR directorate on  needed HR specialist support.
  • Plan, lead, implement and coordinate HR projects that cut across all departments of the business of the HR BP to ensure consistency and integrated application.
  • Lead, plan, implement and coordinate complex organization change processes, in compliance with organization policies and procedures.
  • Report on progress as related to the HR plans of the departments that are being supported as well as provide reporting as needed by HR BP and line management.

  • Realization of capacity and capability development objectives according to HR plan of business.
  • HR processes and policies in place and compliance by business.
  • Customer satisfaction on HR business partner and support services.
