Job Title:  Brand Executive

This role will require the incumbent to maximise the potential of assigned Brand/s by developing, communicating and implementing Brand strategies and consumer engagement activities which are aligned to Marketing, Brand Portfolio and Consumer Space strategies and which will drive the achievement of brand objectives.

 

  • Execute and coordinate implementation of brand plans and activities as stated in the operational brand plan to ensure brand objectives are met and support the overall objectives. 
  • Adhere to the Global Brand Governance matrix, seeking appropriate governance and oversight in line with the Brands global portfolio positioning.
  • Drive development for point-of-sale communication materials and ensure materials produced meet the campaign objectives
  • Constantly monitor performance of brand activities and provide recommendations to correct performance shortfalls where necessary.
  • Actively manage brand activity budget and spend, to ensure that the team derives the best value from marketing spend and are within the budget limits. 
  • Ensure enforcement of brand standards in all aspects of brand communications to maintain consistency. Constantly reinforce and ensure the adherence of brand activities to internal and external legal obligations and social responsibilities.
  • Build and manage relationships to facilitate exchange of brand information as appropriate, obtain buy-in and support from all parties to promote and smoothly implement brand strategies.
  • Handle communications between Brand Marketing (including Area Brand team), Trade Marketing and Operations to ensure the cycle plan is effectively executed and Brand programmes are effectively implemented in the field force.
  • Monitor external agencies to ensure day-to-day activities related to Brand programmes are performed with required quality and agreed cost & timescales as defined in operational Brand plan.
  • Drive innovation and explore new ways of doing things to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the execution of all brand activities
