Purpose Statement

To develop and execute a territory trade marketing plan that meets brand, volume, merchandising and promotional objectives for targeted outlets, through the most effective and efficient utilisation of time and materials to achieve area/regional trade marketing objectives and work as the main facilitator across territories in executing TM&D coverage strategy, resource planning and cycle execution which stands critical in meeting area TM&D and cycle objectives.

       

Operational /Business Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for business and operational results in territory.
  • Achieve territory level sales, market share and availability targets.
  • Execution of national brand cycles.
  • Planning and execution of territory business plans aligned with area/regional plans.
  • Execute brand & trade marketing activities as per priorities, agreed timelines and internal policy.
  • Ensure regular reporting cycles are executed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure smooth cycle execution by 3rd party resources.

 

Leadership Accountabilities

  • Establish strong and effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, to bring about positive shifts in the business through people and process improvements.
  • Seek opportunities for personal growth and development.
  • Offer coaching support to team members
  • Support effective team-working in the territory and at area level.
  • Build a strong team for effective cycle execution.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

The job requires a sound educational background (fresh graduates / Master’s (preferably in Business Administration)

 

Experience

Fresh graduates or individuals with 1 year functional experience in distribution & sales
