WE ARE LOOKING FOR Administrative Assistant

FUNCTION: Operations

LOCATION: Oxford, NC (USA) 

 

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES 

This role is part of Operations – Manufacturing

The role is responsible for support to various members of the associated facilities.  The position interfaces with key  stakeholders within Operations to ensure initiatives are adequately supported and serves as an administrative resource to support Primary and Secondary Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, ISO, Environmental Health and Safety, PMO, Facilities, FDA and Adminstration departments to meet administrative, clerical and project requirements.  The incument in the role must exercise a high degree of confidentiality.

Geographic Scope: Oxford, North Carolina

  

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR 

  • Coordinates/schedule appointments, travel plans, and meeting arrangements for areas of support.
  • Provide reliable and efficient screening, routing and generating of internal and external communications and correspondence.
  • Create  and maintain various documents, memos, presentations and reports as requested by management
  • Answer questions and respond to employee and management requests for information in area of support.
  • Work with management in area of support to write procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure records are complete and properly maintained and updated in QMS for area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for preparing, processing and monitoring various payments/invoices and expense reports for area of support.
  • Maintain professional, business, project management, compliance and industry knowledge by attending educational seminars and workshops.

 

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?  

  • Do you have any experience in a manufacturing environment and or with equipment maintenance scheduling?
  • Have you ever worked with multiple managers in cross functional departments in your past?
  • Do you feel you could develop an appropriate and evolving maintenance strategy to ensure a philosophy of zero loss in unplanned downtime due to machine failure?

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE 

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a management administrative support role
  • Prior knowledge of, SAP, MES
  • Strong organizations skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School degree or equivalent required.
