Job purpose and key deliverables


· Tier 2 resource aligned to Employee Admin specialist is accountable to ensure all EA daily deliverables are  executed effectively with providing excellent Customer services at all times
· Provides Employee administration related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are executed and aligned to BAT’s business strategy and resourcing needs
· Works closely with the Business/HRBPs/COEs to deliver HR strategy, processes and ad hoc project support as part of HR shared services resource.

High- Level Responsibilities:

· Maintains master data configuration ensuring master data sync between Success Factors and other systems
· Manages end to end employee life cycle data management in the system (JML/PDL/International Assignment)
· Uses HR procedures and guidance available to them to manage the processing of data changes, entry and workflow within technology solutions
· Supports Employee Admin Lead in developing and implementing data management plan, including the approach to and execution of data archiving and record retention
· Ensures compliance with BAT data administration and security standards and oversees the verification of data against appropriate policies and compliance requirements
· Delivers data management services to meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance and focused improvement efforts
· Identifies and communicates areas of improvement related to data management and processing
· Ensures the confidentiality of personnel records in close coordination with HR Technology Lead and ensures that the appropriate security is in place for accessing HR data
· Delivers the regular reconciliation of HR data
· Monitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs
· Ensures the collection, maintenance, accessibility and relevance of HR knowledge and content related to specialist area in line with BAT standards.

· Identifies opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and escalates appropriately
· Develops and distributes communications regarding changes to specialist services, policies, processes or programmed


Essential requirements


· Minimum degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
· Preferably 1 year in customer services experience focus in Employee Admin data management
· Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work
· Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
· Experiences with Success Factor is an added advantage
· Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and good analytical skills
· Strong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem solving skills
· Possesses high degree of professionalism, patient and grace in servicing clients
· Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player
