BAT VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR A TALENT & OE MANAGER

SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level

FUNCTION: Human Resources

LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City

 

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of talent related processes, activities, and agenda. This role is also responsible in coordinating with HRBPs, GBS and Regional/Global talent teams for all talent related matters.

Reports to: HR Commercial Manager

Geographic Scope: Vietnam & Cambodia

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

 

Talent Management

  • Facilitate OTIF talent management process across the business: People Leadership Days, Performance Management Cycle, Development Planning etc
  • Implement the Leadership Development and Talent Management strategy, underpinning tools and processes
  • Implement the talent sourcing and development strategy that will meet current and future requirements of talent across Vietnam as well as retention strategies based on market trends.

Organizational Development

  • Facilitate interventions to support achievement of organizational objectives. Proactively builds collective Organizational Development & Talent capability in the Vietnam market.
  • Implement strategic change and effectiveness initiatives in order to support shaping the organization in achieving strategy delivery across Vietnam & Cambodia
  • Provide change management support to the organization to support the delivery of business strategy

Training & Development

  • Engage with line managers to identify capability gaps to be addressed across the organization
  • Develop and deliver locally relevant training and leadership development programmes. Provide active coaching and development to HRBP and to other members of the HR team as required

Employer Branding

  • Strengthen BAT Vietnam’s employer brand – internally and externally
  • Increase social media followership year-on-year

 

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • College/Degree in HR related areas
  • 5-8 years of experience in talent management and development space
  • Good inter-personal and stakeholder management skills
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Matured sensitivity in dealing with confidential information
  • Fluent English communication proficiency
