 Propose & get buy-in from line manager for technical development plan to enhance both technical skill and leadership capability for operators.
 Engage with management of licensed factories for continue improvement for production machinery.
 Representative in interactions with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams on Engineering/process development and projects.
 Acquired experience from technical projects
 Improve self-confident from working with factory management
 Support production shift leaders to optimize machine performance at high efficiency and volume output.
             Management
 Ensure the technical data are collected & timely report to manager.
 Ensure the preventive maintenance of production machinery is executive as plan & align with PI&T requirement.
 Well control and monitor the spare parts usage to ensure the stock level is sufficient to support machine operation.
 Conduct effective technical training and coaching for staff to excel in their work.
 Application of formal project management approach when developing Engineering solutions or continuous improvement.
 Planning – Short term workload is to effectively plan to deliver maintenance objectives.
 Budget – Track spend for maintenance. Adhere to financial process and controls.
 Understands, promotes and applies their responsibilities under the EH&S policy particular in an engineering context.
Relationships
 Internal: Maintain good & effective working relationship within BATV, BAT-Vinataba JV & Vina-BAT JV
 External: Strengthen good relationship with OEMs, local Suppliers and especial with operative staffs from licensed factories and  JV.
Innovation
 Embed run to target culture and always looking for higher quality, higher performance and lowest possible cost.
 Create new initiatives/approaches/solutions to technology/product/material challenges.
 Seek and implement innovative ideas from the team to improve product quality & productivity.
 Interpret output of technical work and makes recommendations for future engineering process developments.
