Job Summary:

The Talent & Inclusion Program Coordinator will support adult learning interventions, facilitate and/or produce classroom training, and provide program support to Employee Resource Groups  (ERGs)  and Talent Development technologies and initiatives.


Support Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives and Programming:

Support Employee Resource Groups in achieving their mission and vision.

Partner closely with Senior Manager Diversity & Inclusion, ERG leads, Human Resources and Functional representatives to seamlessly and consistently support the execution of strategic plans for Employee Resource Groups.

Prepare and analyze data related to the reach, impact, and effectiveness of Employee Resource Groups and overall Diversity & Inclusion strategy.

Build and drive communication campaigns and integrated cycle plans for publicity of programming to increase awareness.


Support Talent Development, Learning Technologies, and Development Programming:

Serve as a system administrator of learning technologies.

Support learning initiatives to ensure consistent and effective programming execution throughout the program cycle.

Facilitate classroom, virtual, and experiential training to adult learners.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Build and drive communication campaigns and integrated cycle plans for publicity of programming to increase awareness of and engagement in diversity and inclusion programming
  • Occasional classroom facilitation of corporate and function-specific curriculum with a focus on professional skill development and technical skill development
  • Supports programming execution of training solutions that meet business needs which may include: instructor led trainings, virtual classrooms, eLearning, webcasts and off-site experiences
  • System administration of various learning technology solutions
  • Serves as member of Learning Management System analyst team in the identification, development, testing and implementation of new learning methodologies and technical functions to accomplish goals
  • Coordinate and manage resources required to deliver training
  • Analysis of data in areas of both, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Development
  • Continuous improvement of processes
  • Partner with Global Shared Services on process execution


Job Requirements:


Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline and Minimum of two (2) years of HR experience


  • Applicable Associate’s Degree and five (5) years of HR experience  


Required Skills:

  • Experience in the administration of Learning Technologies (for example; SuccessFactors LMS, Saba, Degreed, EdApp, Docebo)
  • Experience supporting Diversity & Inclusion programs
  • Experience managing a catalog of learning development offerings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills working with clients, vendors, external partners, and project team members
  • Program Coordination and Event Planning


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience delivering training solutions for a sales organization and/or in a regulated environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Human Resources generalist experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Experience in the development of computer-based training solutions
