British American Tobacco Denmark has an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Specialist in Copenhagen

We are looking for a motivated team player for  the Supply Chain team to support with accurate master data creation and maintenance. You will be covering a broad area of supply chain such as: Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, New Product Introduction, Customer Service, E-commerce, Data & Systems.

You will be based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen close to the Central Station and beautiful harbour. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintain master data for stock keeping units according to BAT standard.
  • Being the point of contact for Nordics master-data across multiple categories, ensuring adherence to the process and overall data quality.
  • Supporting new product introduction process by creating the master data for new items on time in full.
  • Leading the purchase management process for banderols across multiple categories.
  • Ensuring correct and accurate reporting such as environmental reports, registration in external systems etc.
  • Managing banderols purchase and return process to ensure their availability at factories for production.
  • Supporting with data for external reporting related to item registration and environmental reports.
  • Identifying issues and solving routes on ad hoc.
  • Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.

What are we looking for?

  •  Experience from a similar role in master-data, data management or supply chain role.
  • High level of organization and good time management.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and complete tasks with high degree of accuracy.
  • Customer focused attitude able to work and manage multiple stakeholders to prioritise business and information needs.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset - committed to deliver results, will learn from success or failure, and put in place the necessary steps to ensure that problems do not reoccur.
  • Dealing with ambiguity: can effectively cope with change.
