WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated employee to join our team in the area of Cash Payout & Master Data Management. The role requires strong knowledge of various systems and the ability to proactively solve problems in collaboration with different departments.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- CPO Document Requests:
- Processing CPO document requests in the SAP system. - Master Data Management:
-Identifying and correcting master data errors in the system.
- Collaborating with the respective district managers to carry out master data corrections. - Field Force Support and CPO Verification Process:
- Supporting inquiries regarding the CPO verification process from field force employees and retailers. - SPOC for CPO Self-Service:
- Acting as the main point of contact (SPOC) for all CPO self-service activities of the Area Sales Managers. - Customer Support:
- Proactively examining individual cases in collaboration with the field force team regarding the last customers who are not yet CPO-capable.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
- Ability to proactively solve problems
- Excellent communication skills
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Field Force Operations: Prior experience with the daily operations of the Field Force
- Basic understanding of requirements of Cash Payout and similar topics
