ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? 

The Facilities and Fleet (FF) Officer will primarily be assisting the Facilities and fleet manager with day to day running of the FF function.

Ensure that the FF function operates in a manner that assist the company and its employees to manage their daily tasks as smoothly as possible. 

The officer will be responsible in ensure smooth operations of the HO fleet vehicles and fleet related responsibilities.

The officer will also be in charge of managing the PSO and Attock Petroleum fuel accounts for PTC

Be the point person for all matter pertaining to top management and expat residential maintenance. 

Will be responsible for arranging and renewing Visas, work permits and other legal requirements for visitors to PTC

Asset management and disposal as per company policy

Develop working relationship with service providers and governmental entities involved in day to day FF work.

Correspondence with governmental agencies on matter pertaining to FF

Previous experience of working in a admin department will be an advantage

Working knowledge of IT systems like MS Office and SAP (Or other ERP systems)

Experience of dealing with multiple vendors and ensuring services are received as per requirements.

Experiences of being a SPOC for external entities providing admin assistance

Basic knowledge of laws pertaining facilities management

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Previous experience of working in a admin department will be an advantage
