Key Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications (Forms, Sites), Adobe DAM is designed, developed, deployed and maintained effectively.
- Working with partner teams on new changes, from initial interaction with markets during the requirements discovery phase through implementation, deployment of the completed changes and working with the Support team as part of maintenance.
- Performing impact assessments (both functional and technical aspects) and providing decisions during Change Advisory Board meetings for changes to be implemented.
- Making sure the solutions deployed are robust and future proof.
- Leading technical investigations with the Support team on critical AEM issues.
- Reviewing releases from Adobe and evaluating the impact on the BAT D2C ecosystem.
- Maintaining and overseeing governance including DevSecOps processes.
- Access and security management.

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certified Adobe Experience Manager and related Adobe products – Preferred
- Practical knowledge of Agile and DevOps
Experience
- Overall 7+ exp technologies including frontend, sites, AEM and other Adobe technologies.
- 4+ years in AEM and related technologies as a Lead role
- Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Java, frontend frameworks, RESTful APIs.
- Operating in a Large Enterprise with multiple End Markets and Integration with other Applications
- Knowledge on accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Strong knowledge on GraphQL
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Expertise in cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services, Azure Cloud.
Good To Have
- Experience in D2C channels and marketing technology.
- Knowledge of other Adobe Marketing Cloud products and integrations.
- Knowledge on backend technologies like database, SQL etc.
